Changed to Smarty from O2. The swap was simple and I can use my phone in the house now which I never could. Dealing with O2 to get the credit they owed me has been a nightmare. Smarty is such an improvement.

I have nothing but good to say about Smarty. Unlimited calls, texts and more than enough mobile data for my needs at £7.00 per month, what's not to like? Dashboard is simple and straightforward, coverage excellent. I have just purchased a new handset, albeit refurbished for £120. This will do me for at least 3 years so £40 a year + £84 per year for service. So £124.00 per year all in. Was paying £420 per annum on a sim only deal previously. £888 saving over 3 years means a lot of treats for the grand children!

Very competitive pricing and value for money. The website is clear and easy to navigate. It was easy to transfer. FAQs and SMARTY Community has helpful information. The SMARTY app is a good and quick way of checking data usage, minutes and texts used, and when data will renew. I like that you can change plans when you want and not be tied down to long term contracts like other providers. I would highly recommend SMARTY.
