Have robbed me for the whole duration of my 2 year contract with them.
Paying three £22.50 for handset and £22.49 for the airtime(simcard)
Never missed my bill always on time... I had to get a giffgaff sim card due to constant issues from the service, issues never resolved when call and always a rude advisor on the phone.
The company runs of robbing hard earned money and lies to their customers !! If I could attach the voice recordings I have of my phone calls, always denied a manager, told im speaking to a manager then find out im not and was lied to, chucked around several different departments to get no prevail after countless ends of hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue.
I have a disabled son and a physically disabled partner. Stressed this enough times on the phone to three,
Imagine paying for unlimited services and trying to call youre disabled partner to see if their ok whilst out and you get "owhhh noo sorry you haven't got enough credit to make this call" when you're supposedly unlimited ?
Never ever again will I go with Three for phones, contracts or anything in that matter.
Just lost yourself a very valuable customer had x4 different accounts with them at once, one for my phone, my partners and my sons galaxy tab a7 and my daughters phone..
Was happy to rob me £100+ monthly and never resolve issues. Instead just constant deception and lies from the company.
Today I begged gor a manager was told I was being passed to one and was lied to yet again, I got this all on call recording.
If I wasnt to pay my bill and not stick to the agreements of the contract id be in court or summons to court for breaching my side of the contract. But its perfectly fine that this multi million company gets away with robbing and lying to their customers ?
Its utterly disgusting that they are allowed to get away with this and treat loyal customers the eay they do.
Seems like Three thrive of robbing disabled families like mine

I never recommended others people do contact with Three Company . There are F* Scamer .
My experience of Three has felt like a huge con. Could never get past security to use my 14 cooling off period or file a complaint or even cancel my contract. When I wrote to them they confirmed my account number is not attached to my name. So they got 24 months worth of money out of me for a service that didn’t work and wasn’t fit for purpose. When I cancelled the DD they set a credit agency after me despite the contract having expired. My account ended up in credit but I struggled to retrieve my money and as a result had to involve the Communications Ombudsman. I will never use Three ever again and I do NOT recommend. It’s felt like a scam and it’s still not resolved. CO gave a deadline of 28 days and they only have 3 working days left. Save yourself a fortune, a battle and the stress and go elsewhere.

Signal has been absolutely shocking last couple of weeks, went on holiday to wales and couldn’t get anything at all luckily the place had WiFi.
My daily work commute has been the same for years and the last couple of months I can’t even load a song or podcast to play my signal is that bad!!
Paying £64 a month and can’t even load the basics, I’ll be switching providers when my contract ends.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I took out a Three mobile broadband contract, for the first few years broadband speed was great, the speed then dropped and I could not use it, even in the same house it had previously worked in. I contacted them and they said the signal in my area wasn’t good enough, even though it had worked before and you can check on the website for your postcode and it had a good strength. They told me it wouldn’t work so I should cancel my account, no reward for being a loyal customer. I agreed to cancel but continued to be charged. Contacted them again and they had no record of cancellation. Cancelled it again. Was told to send the box back which I did, they said they didn’t receive it. They then said case was closed no further action and refunded me outstanding credit. I then get an email saying I owe them for the box and they would refer me to a debt collection agency no prior warning, I called immediately and paid for the box even though I had sent it back becuase I did not want a mark on my credit report. Then told it would not be referred and in fact due to my complaint they would refund what I had paid. I then recieve an email from debt collection agency. I contact three and they said I’m in credit they owe me money and I need to tell debt agency this. I have spent hours on the phone to Three trying to cancel my account when they are the ones that told me to! Absolute shambles steer clear as they have no loyalty to customers, service is terrible and they don’t care!
