I recently moved into a new property where the gas wasn’t on. Arjun and Claire went above and beyond to ensure my gas supply was on within the hour. Thank you guys so much, nothing was too much trouble and they ensured to follow up with me to make sure it was set up. I’ve been with octopus for many years now and never had any issues. The customer service was fantastic and they solved the issue for me.

I honestly don't know how you get so many high ratings?
I was being over charged from Nov 25 - Feb 26, single person living in a 2 bedroom flat. Countless emails and phone calls and kept saying 'do a creep test' done it four times and was advised because it did not change there was no fault. Martin Lewis released and article to say that smart meters would be resetting by 27th Feb and all of sudden my prices dropped? Must of been magic. There is now two people in the flat and my bills are down by £40 a month when i was being charged over £100 a month for electricity alone. Had an email today to say bill was going up again, no thank you. Spoke about a refund and again staff spoke over the top of me, he said as no fault to the smart meter then tough.

That is one of the reasons I recommended my son to them. You also know where you are when it comes to the detailed info in the billing
