  • Participating in the job fair held on April 17, 2026, was a significant and valuable experience for us, resulting in both concrete recruitment outcomes and a strengthened image as an employer. One of the most important aspects of the event was the opportunity to meet in person and reconnect with people who had been associated with our organization in the past. These conversations were very positive—many people expressed interest in returning to the company, highlighting their positive experiences from their previous employment. Meetings with retired employees were also particularly valuable; they spoke with great fondness and appreciation about their time working with us. Such feedback serves as important confirmation of the quality of the work environment we create.   At the same time, the fair yielded tangible results in the area of recruitment. We collected a large number of resumes from candidates representing various levels of experience and skills. The contact database we acquired is a significant resource for further recruitment efforts, enabling us to efficiently manage processes and respond more quickly to current staffing needs.   The event also provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our company to a wider audience of potential employees. We were able to directly present our job openings, organizational culture, and the values we uphold. Direct contact with candidates allowed us to convey a more authentic and credible message than standard communication channels. Another key element was our presence among the leading employers participating in the fair. Participating in an event of this scale allowed us to clearly establish our position as one of the leaders in the local job market, which is important both in terms of attracting talent and building the company’s long-term image.   In summary, we consider our participation in the job fair as very effective. The combination of recruitment benefits and a positive impact on our image makes such initiatives a key component of our HR and employer branding efforts.

  • On August 21st we had the honor of hosting representatives from General Motors at our Delicias, Mexico facility. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to present our operational capabilities, technological advancements, and dedication to manufacturing excellence. We gave comprehensive overview about our production lines, quality assurance systems, safety portocols, and continuous improvement initiatives, showing our strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation. The GM representatives expressed their satisfaction with the organization and cleanliness of our operations, as well as the knowledge and engagement of our personnel. They particularly commended the collaborative spirit demonstrated by our workforce and the ongoing efforts to align with international standards and best practices. Highlights of the visit included: •      A technical briefing on recent process enhancements and performance achievements. •      On-site demonstrations showcasing our precision manufacturing capabilities. •      Productive discussions regarding future cooperation and shared growth opportunities. The visit concluded positively, reinforcing GM’s confidence in our facility and strengthening our long-term partnership. We remain committed to maintaining the high standards and continuous improvement initiatives presented during the visit. A special thanks to our Vice President Engineering Mehmet SANLI for supporting the visit, and to the whole team of our Delicias facility.
