Participating in the job fair held on April 17, 2026, was a significant and valuable experience for us, resulting in both concrete recruitment outcomes and a strengthened image as an employer. One of the most important aspects of the event was the opportunity to meet in person and reconnect with people who had been associated with our organization in the past. These conversations were very positive—many people expressed interest in returning to the company, highlighting their positive experiences from their previous employment. We were able to directly present our job openings, organizational culture, and the values we uphold. Another key element was our presence among the leading employers participating in the fair.
