𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲–𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. “𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚” event organised by German Indian Business Alliance brought together entrepreneurs, institutions, and policy experts at a particularly important moment: #EU–India #FTA negotiations have now concluded, and global supply chains are being reshaped in real time. For German SMEs, India is no longer only a high-growth market to observe from a distance. It is becoming a strategic market to understand, enter, and build with — carefully, locally, and with the right institutional and business partners. The questions shaping the discussion were practical: • 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚? • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞? • 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬? • 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞? These questions reflected the real substance of the evening: market access, regulatory navigation, partnership quality, investment readiness, and long-term trust.
