Together, we celebrated top performances, reflected on market and industry developments, explored new products and campaigns and set clear priorities and targets for the future. These events once again demonstrated what drives us at The Berner Group: a shared strategic direction, strong collaboration and highly motivated teams that bring our #values 'be #brave' and 'be #hungry' to life every day. For two days, Künzelsau became the hub of international product expertise. 150 colleagues from all subsidiaries of The Berner Group came together at our founding location to share knowledge, test new products for automotive and construction professionals and collaboratively prepare upcoming market launches. 🤝 It was anything but a traditional meeting: Across garages, office spaces and open-air areas, products and services were not just presented – they were experienced. At interactive stations, participants tested applications hands-on, compared solutions and exchanged ideas across countries and functions. Experts from all key disciplines worked side by side, united by one goal: bringing strong, market-ready solutions to life.   🏆 Events like these truly reflect our corporate culture – and we are #proud that this mindset has now been recognized with the prestigious TOP 100 award of Innovationswettbewerb TOP 100. This shows that we are one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. More than 100 criteria were evaluated in a rigorous selection process, including innovation strategy, innovation culture, processes, organization, and external focus, as well as innovation achievements. We are thrilled about this great honor.   A big THANK YOU goes to everyone who contributed to the success of the International Product Days, especially the organization team. 👏🏻 Your energy, ideas and commitment made this event truly exceptional, showing how #pushingthelimits is put into action.

🏆 Welcome to part two of our international Value Award 2025/26 series: Olivier Gabriel, who is responsible for Key Account Management at Montagetechnik BERNER AG, has won the trophy in the “be #responsible” category. Why? Because when the position became vacant, he readily agreed to take over the leadership of his department on an interim basis, ensuring that operations ran smoothly until a permanent successor was appointed. 💬 “For me, being responsible means taking ownership of my actions, fulfilling my commitments, and being someone my customers and colleagues can rely on. It means doing what is right and making decisions that support the long-term success of our team and company”, Olivier explains, describing his motivation. 🏆 We are incredibly #proud to share that we’ve been selected as one of the Top 40 finalists for the 2026 Asana Work Innovation Awards!   Since 2022, Asana has been our work management platform of choice, helping us plan, manage, and execute the projects and initiatives driving our transformation journey. 🚀 It has brought greater clarity, structure, and momentum to the way we work.   Over time, a new way of working has truly taken shape: faster execution, stronger alignment, fewer meetings, and a much clearer path from planning to real impact. Together with our strong internal team and our partner Asana, we continue to push forward – exploring new use cases and unlocking the platform’s full potential to automate and optimize core processes that matter most to our customers and our business, e.g. within product management via a new workflow that turns ideas and field feedback into successful market-ready products faster – by improving visibility, coordination, decision-making, and time to impact across all teams. Big thank you to Christian Greiner and Christina Ringl for their enthusiasm, dedication and bringing this use case to life. Another milestone was the optimization of our product idea database & innovation pipeline – by removing friction where it slows us down, to focus on what truly creates value. A very special event was recently on the agenda: the annual anniversary celebration to honor long-serving employees of our Holding. Together the nine jubilarians bring an impressive 185 years of BERNER experience to the table. That is really #pushingthelimits! 🚀 The event was all about appreciation. Together, we set off for Rothenburg ob der Tauber in southern Germany. Upon arrival, the participants, who had come with their partners, were treated to an evening tour of the city's most beautiful sights with a night watchman. Afterwards, everyone headed to a restaurant for dinner and a social gathering. Highlight of the evening was the personal recognition ceremony. CEO Peter Schmidt and the senior management team gave individual speeches paying tribute to the loyalty, achievements and special contributions of each participant. They were presented with certificates and gift baskets, appreciating their long-standing dedication. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the jubilarians once again. Your passion and expertise have shaped our company over the decades and contributed significantly to our shared success. We look forward to the coming years with you! Be #proud! 💪

🐰 For our annual Easter festivity, the lobby of our founding location in Künzelsau was transformed into a large playground. We welcomed around 50 children of employees from our subsidiaries Albert Berner Deutschland GmbH, BTI Befestigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG and the Holding, as well as boys and girls from the Albert Schweitzer Children’s Village in Waldenburg. This event once again demonstrated our strong social commitment to the local community in line with our corporate value 'be responsible'. The program included crafts, face painting, a cheerful egg hunt as well as other activities like target throwing. At the same time, the event provided plenty of opportunities for people to meet and interact – a wonderful example of community spirit and teamwork in action. Our group-wide Value Award recognizes employees who exemplify one of them in an outstanding manner. 🏆 Therefore, we would like to take the opportunity to introduce this year's winners once again and highlight their great achievements. First up is Johannes Halama, Head of Chemical Engineering, who won the award in the "be brave" category. Among other things, it was given in recognition of his extraordinary dedication to the development of new chemical products – from concept to market readiness. 💬 "Winning this international award makes me incredibly proud. But even though the award was given to me, it would never have been possible without my amazing team and other colleagues. This award shows that many people recognize the great work we all do together, so I share this award with the entire strong BERNER team – alone I would never be successful", reflects Johannes on winning the award. Honor where honor is due! 👏 Our international management meeting in Portugal featured a very special item on the agenda: the handover of the International Value Award 2025/2026. This award recognizes employees of The Berner Group who have exemplified one of our six corporate values in an exemplary manner. In line with our corporate value 'be connected', our international management meeting took place in Porto last week . Around 100 leaders from all our subsidiaries took part. The program consisted of two days with a full focus on our core business and a clear view of the future. 🚀 A special highlight was the presentation of our annual sales awards for outstanding local achievements as well as of the international Value Award, which honors colleagues who have lived one of our six corporate values in an exemplary manner. 🏆 And, of course, there was also plenty of opportunity for personal interaction. The event offered the chance to network across departments and teams to gain new inspiration. Without the tireless efforts of many colleagues, the management meeting would not have been possible. We would like to once again express our sincere thanks to everyone involved, both in front of and behind the scenes.
