Complete gong show from enrollment, class scheduling , content to how cancellation request never handled. Classes paused without information, learning material blocked too...despite having class credits if you request subscription cancellation.

MOST HORRIBLE PLATFORM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The support team and some of the teachers very unprofessional. Their system is not very user friendly and not really to support parents but more to put pressure. My daughter begs me to cancel their classes. There is no way out once you sign a subscription with them :( you only loose your money.

I am Raaga Bysani from grade 6, and my teacher is Harsavarthini, who is a really good teacher, and she makes the class fun, and she also makes the class not boring.

Our little boy Aari has recently joined Code Young. So far we have got a great service from them with prompt response and issue management immediately.
Aari’s is learning Maths from his teacher Megha Gupta who is very patient and knowledgeable to handle young kids who are starting school. Aari is enjoying learning maths with her. Thank you

Worst customer service ever!!! When it comes to joining a class we get hounded by calls from their agents but when it comes to addressing any issues you are left with automated WhatsApp chat, where these agents would not respond until an hour!!!!! You are left without any resolution because you get tired of waiting and then the AI agent says “I am glad I was able to resolve your issue”!!!!!! BEFORE SIGNING UP PLEASE CHECK IF THEY HAVE ANY DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE” !!!!

My daughter takes math class and its one on one makes it pretty good and customizable to your kids need and pace. Mentor Vibha has been excellent and hard working mentor.

I am Samanvitha, in grade 6. My mentor was Harsavartini, the class overall was engaging and I was able to gain more knowledge by my mentor by learning new ways to solve math problems.

Dhanush has personally addressed all my questions until I'm satisfied - a great example of customer centric support within company policies. Kudos to him!

Codeyoung is scam. Be careful!

In February 2026, I showed interest in enrolling my daughter in your program, with the intention of starting classes in May. However, your admissions representative strongly pressured me to make the payment in February itself, assuring me that classes could begin later at my convenience.

At the time of enrollment, I clearly stated that I did not want any automatic payment service enabled on my account. I was informed by your team that the auto-payment option could not be removed, but I was assured that I would receive an email or message notification before any future deduction was made.

My daughter only started classes in May, and she has attended fewer than four classes so far. Despite this, an amount was deducted from my account without any prior notice or authorization. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, your senior manager has now informed me that the deducted amount is non-refundable. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience, including the operations team, the quality of service, and the level of training provided by the teachers.

I am requesting to remove my card from auto deduction and a full refund of the amount deducted from my account on May 18, 2026. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with disputing the transaction through my bank and take the necessary steps to recover my money.

Mentor - Labiba Fatima
The mentor demonstrates excellent concept clarity, explaining topics in a simple, structured, and easy-to-understand manner. She explains, ensuring that students gain a solid understanding of the material.

The teaching methodology is highly effective, incorporating step-by-step explanations. The mentor actively promotes student engagement by encouraging participation, asking questions, and creating an interactive learning environment.

She is very patient and supportive when it comes to doubt solving and the pace of teaching is well-balanced.
Regular assessments and feedback help track progress and guide improvement while the mentor’s strong communication skills ensure clarity and effective knowledge transfer.

Mr. Shubham Gupta is very kind teacher who takes time to help me understand the math questions and teaches me how to solve them so I get better. He assigns appropriate amount of worksheets. He encourages me to learn. He is very understanding and does not rush me through the worksheet.

Harsavarthini is my mentor and my name is Caren of grade 6 and she was pretty good in handling stuff and teached me alot of stuff in one class and pretty kind to me not pushing me to do stuff i recommended her alot.

She is very patient with the kids and takes her time to make them other subject.

Very good staff and flexibility in class timings and great overall

Harsavarthini - She was my mentor, She helped me solve square roots, and helped me understand it very easily.
