Trustpilot good research tool
Trustpilot is a great first stop to check on companies that appear to be too good to be true, have saved quite a lot of money on not ordering form companies I have checked on Trustpilot. It would be very good if Trustpilot could flag websites independently and without bias, advertising, which are obvious scam websites and advise the users to research the companies before ordering from them

removed a review for defamation despite the company in question not refuting anything claimed in their response to my review. Trustpilot removed the review and in their reasoning even stated in their email telling me so that they couldn't find anything that met their definition of defamation. just be aware that Trustpilot is always going to be on the companies side, not the consumers.
