Don't touch this company with a barge-pole. I accidentally started to install their AV when I touched the screen of my mobile. I stopped before it installed but since then they have been spamming me with emails. A typical one begins:
Hi User,
I'm Lewis, Sales Director at TotalAV.
After speaking with your Account Manager Dean this morning, it was clear how concerned he was about the lack of security on your android device.
He requested I get in contact to help stress the importance of safeguarding your important files, apps and personal data.
As this is my personal mobile, needless to say this is all bs.

Do NOT accept their free subscription!
I accepted the free subscription, then after a few months they somehow started deducting $14.95 a month from my google pay without me authorising them. This is rogue behaviour by TotalAV. Of course I asked to be refunded, but they had no intention of refunding, so I went through the process of cancelling altogether. It is fraudulent behaviour withdrawing from accounts without being authorised. Beware!

STAY AWAY from TOTAL AV, I had my credit card canceled, lost my cellular service because of Total AV .l bought one service from them and they kept adding more and more and more services and charging me for each one. SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF GRIEF AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM TOTAL AV!!!

Have used this programme before and found it useful.
Have had Norton Antivirus for the last year, but it failed and let a Trojan virus into my computer, external drive as well, which decimated my files and photos.

The virus protection system seems to work well but process of arranging package and cancellations is too complicated. Contact is hard even via online and I never did get a phone number to talk to a human representative. There are different packages which can be deceiving and sometimes out of nowhere a far cheaper deal is offered.
