Wrong suit description, but helpful customer service
The sizing was pretty off, and the suit came out incorrectly with the wrong colors, but the customer service from Jairo was quick and helpful, especially since I ended up not needing the suit.

We ordered merchandise and the quality was horrible. Then they reshipped the same shirts without giving us any other option. We most likely won’t even wear them.

We want to provide additional context regarding the resolution process. After you initially contacted us about the loose thread on the sleeve, our team requested photos and advised that we would be happy to provide replacement items at no cost once the images were received. When the photos were submitted, there was no request for a refund or alternative resolution, so a complimentary replacement order was promptly processed, upgraded to express shipping at no charge, and rushed into production.
Unfortunately, by the time a different resolution was requested, the replacement order had already entered production and could no longer be cancelled. After you shared your disappointment regarding the replacement being fulfilled, as an additional courtesy beyond the complimentary replacement order, we also provided a coupon code for the value of the products that can be used toward any item within any SquadLocker-hosted store.
