The ordering process for the shirt I wanted was extremely easy. I had a few emails back and forth to set the right custom fit and I couldn’t be happier! The shirt was perfect for a cruise “red” theme night. It was so tasteful that I get much use out of the beautiful fit, color, and texture. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have been trying to get in touch for several days due to an issue with monogramming on a recent order. No response to emails, chat and the phone number goes to a wrong number. At this point I’m worried I have been taken advantage of and I expect a response to revolve my issue or will pursue dispute with my credit card.

May edit- customer service did get in touch. Confirmed there was an issue on their end and although they weren’t able to get me the proper shirt with correct monogram in time for a birthday surprise, which was disappointing, they did refund the cost.

Bad exchange experience. Poor quality fabric, that has diminished after a single wash. Would not buy again

Edit: The exchange experience included getting garments in the wrong colour, I have a long email exchange that followed that and they ended up not replying in october of 2025 to my requests to exchange for the colour choice.
The reply they left here is insulting as they did not reply to my concerns pointing out their mistake, and they made insinuations that my instructions were unclear, despite clear record in our email correspondence.

Organolinen makes alright clothes, Im sure my case is an outlier but they did not resolve this exchange as they said.

The shirt is nice, which is why the 3 stars. The pants are just not what I was expecting. Baggy like parachute pants, the half elastic waist bunched up in the back like the elastic wasn’t cut for the size of the waist. It also didn’t have any belt loops I was thinking it would be a modern fit but seems like 90s style.

The product has still not been delivered to me. In fact I got intimation that there was nothing in the courier and the product has been returned to the sender.

I ordered two shirts which I needed in time a special event I was attending. The shirts arrived on time as promised. The quality of the material, colors and workmanship were outstanding. Will definitely buy again. I was assisted by Charlie who provided outstanding customer service.

I’m seriously impressed with Organ Line. The fabric feels premium—super soft but still durable—and the fit is spot on. Everything I’ve worn from them is insanely comfortable, like it was made to move with you. It’s rare to find clothes that look this good and feel even better. Definitely a new favorite.

Waited a long time to receive pants that were ridiculously ill fitting and looked like clown pants. Seller didn't reply to my emails and didn't honor return policy, even though I returned pants immediately without ever wearing them. Seller just pocketed my money and deleted my negative review on his website.
Be warned that this seller seems desperate enough to push for an exchange instead of a return and then come up with excuses to refuse a return. He will ask for pictures of you wearing the clothes - like if assessing the fit was up to him and not the customers - even though this is not stated anywhere in the return policy.
Unless you want to gambe on whether clothes will fit you or not, absolutely not worth the hassle.
UPDATE:
After over 2 months, I finally got my money back. I want to clarify a few important points for accuracy.
1. I didn’t get a refund as a gesture of goodwill, as the seller says. I got a refund because I involved my bank, which opened an investigation, found the seller at fault, and reversed the charges.
2. The seller updated the return policy with the photo requirement after I told him he couldn’t just make it up, and pretended it was there before. I took screenshots of the policy before the update and shared them with the bank to support my case.
3. The seller did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the issue, in fact he just ignored my emails and pocketed my money. He only replied after I posted this negative review, which he also tried to take down, but failed to do so.
4. The repeated messages mistreating the staff consisted of one email in which I called him a greedy and dishonest salesman for pocketing my money and not honoring the return policy.
In conclusion, support an honest local tailor and stay away from this dishonest seller.
