NO DELIVERY,
I WILL TRY AGAIN BY SENDING YOU A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS? SEE IF THIS HELPS AS IM NOT GETTING MY DELIVERY THAT YOU SAY YOU HAVE POSTED????
Scammers!!! Stay away from them. They offer you free pair of pants and then without your permission or consent sign you up for monthly payment for pants. Also, you can not cancel immediately. Better block payments to them in your bank app.
You guys are disgrace. You have to present full information before you take money of people.
the whole free boxers that are advertised is a lie, chargers you £13 after a month as in the fine print you are signing up for a subscription that is impossible to cancel, took the money from me 2 days ago and i’m still unable to cancel it as their customer service system is terrible and it doesn’t even give an option to cancel
Complete scam company I cancelled my membership and also sent them a e mail asking to cancel and they continued to take 12.99 from my bank scammers
when I signed up I liked how the product came packaged, how it looked, felt and the length was spot on. Most competitors miss the personal touches.
This is a scam company. They send you free products, which you receive after the end of the "thinking " period, and then it is almost impossible to stop. They charge from my bank account each month 23 euro, and seems I am not able to stop this membership. I already wrote them in March to stop the membership, and apparently cooling down period is 2 months. And they are still continuing to charge the monay from my car. they are sending me low quality products which is not worth that cost. For example, for 23 euro payment I am receiving a pair of socks, that's it. Don't even try to order a "free" products. They are not FREE, you will pay for that and cannot stop it! I am very dissapointed
Awful company. Missed the cancellation on the 14 day free trial period, now I have to pay for 3 months of boxers that I didn't want. Why on earth are they £13 each. They definitely don't feel worth that much at all for one pair.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size so it’s on me not on you
These 'Free boxers ' Only got delivered on Tuesday (25th May 2025) yet apparently it's now too late to cancel the following paid for month. For this deception, I wouldn't trust such a company .
Awful predatory company. It was an awful product they sell (wayyyy too tight, thick, they bunch up, and after a couple of washes they get destroyed). So i cancelled, but they apparently have a 1 month notice period meaning which includes one more billing cycle! Now theyre threatening to add fees to my account if i dont pay up.
Predatory, bad business practices, bad product.

Cancelling membership doesn’t work, they charged me on numerous occasions even after I cancelled months prior.

The underwear quality is amazing — soft fabric, very comfortable, and fits perfectly all day long. The designs are stylish and modern, and the delivery was fast as well. I especially love how breathable and comfortable they feel compared to other brands. Definitely worth the money, and I’ll be ordering again!

There is a saying: “As you name a ship, so it will sail.”
After my experience, I can only say that the company name turned out to be a surprisingly accurate warning.
Very misleading subscription model.
I saw an advertisement for a “free” boxer. I do not remember knowingly authorizing a paid monthly subscription through PayPal. Later I discovered a 12.99 EUR automatic payment to ON THAT ASS International BV.
Only after checking my emails and PayPal did I realize that the “free” offer had apparently turned into a recurring subscription. This is not clear, transparent or acceptable customer experience.
A free sample should not become a paid monthly subscription unless the customer gives very clear, informed and explicit consent. In my case, I did not expect any recurring payments.
I have now cancelled the automatic payment in PayPal and requested a review/refund.
In my opinion, this business model is misleading and designed to catch customers through an attractive “free” offer, then charge them later. I would not recommend this company.

Was auto enrolled into a subscription service at £12.99, I don't ever remember signing up to this, I have tried to cancel this now, and have requested a refund. If this is issued, I will change the review.
