Your own words at the beginning were: “This is the issue we all have with Tech Tool, same with my original software.” That already proves the problem is not related to my installation.
Despite that, I spent hours trying to help you. Then you turned around and said my software doesn’t work, which is not true.
When you asked for a refund, I accepted immediately and clearly stated that I would first remove the software via remote access. You refused to provide access, yet still received a full refund.
This is not acceptable behavior. You kept the installed software, got your money back, and still left a negative review.
I do not work with people who act like this. I value my time and only deal with fair and honest customers.
Very trustworthy and fast deliver of machine manuals
I needed a manual for a backhoe and they had the exact manual at 1/3 the cost from the company. Fast delivery.

Great experience working with him. He remotely installed the software on my laptop and made the whole process easy. He was very nice, responsible, and professional. He took the time to explain things, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before we finished. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with software installation or computer support.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service
Was skeptical to buy anything online but after talking to some colleagues these guys are the real deal. They speak English, very easy to understand and have amazing customer support. I bought my own laptop with the recommended specs they gave me, they set up everything via teamviewer and within a few days (ONLY BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW) everything was up and running without a problem. If you are a heavy duty mechanic and need diagnostic equipment which let’s be honest everything’s electrically controlled nowadays, I would highly recommend these guys. Very straightforward, able to pick and choose which programs you want, 24/7 customer support without a problem. I will be recommending these guys to all my colleagues who need diagnostic laptops
