Very good and prices are fair

Fast service and easy to use, only gave 4* because I did have one bad experience with them and that was ordering cards for my sets minutes before the end of the season, I didn’t realise it was so close to ending and I never got the cards, I walked outside and went to check if my cards had arrived and the season had ended so I never got the cards or the dice from completing the sets that the ordered cards would have completed but I still had paid for them, I queried this with them and got told the cards had been sent, I had no proof of either because the season had ended so all cards disappear anyway but I never did get the dice. Just something to be aware of when ordering is to make sure you have ample time to receive them.

If you happen to miss the original request for some reason kiss the order goodbye. The support was non existent and following up by email was zero help. You would think a large priced order would be handled with care but none in the slightest. I even placed more orders to try to get the contents of the order the fail to fulfill over and over again with no success. Really shameful that one disconnect at the wrong time can turn interacting with this company into a nightmare. I’m not even for ai but your support could benefit from it greatly over taking literal days to get in contact with not to mention you have to stay in the page for the chat room not to close.
