Virtual camp prep fun
I signed my daughter up for a week long virtual camp. We have no experience in the topic but she picked it because she will get to learn to make a mobile game. During the jump start lesson the instructor helped us set up everything we would need and my daughter had a ton of fun going thru the tools. She is really looking forward to virtual camp.

the person was really nice she was nice though
the person was really nice and pleasant, i am not sure i am judging wright but , she jumped in to the topic quick and may have a lot to cover on her end she, she was fast for my daughter, i made us think about canceling the boot camp. but we did pay for the pre orientation so we have another one next week. we will see how it goes

Compassionate Customer Service Behind an Outstanding Program
We originally signed up for iD Tech because of the outstanding reviews and reputation of their technical programs. Unfortunately, due to unexpected family circumstances, we were not able to attend this summer.
Even though we sadly did not get to experience the camp itself, I was incredibly impressed by their customer service. Janely and her manager handled our situation with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and compassion. They listened, understood, and went above and beyond to help us during a difficult time.

She made things very easy to understand. She was also very good at breaking the ice and finding a way to connect with my child as an individual person. She was able to help my child navigate the engine when he got confused.
