I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FTMO.

I was accused of “cross-account hedging” even though my accounts were traded independently and at different times. I never intentionally opened opposite positions between accounts or attempted to manipulate the evaluation process.

FTMO terminated both of my accounts without clearly showing:

* which trades violated the rules,
* what exact evidence was used,
* or giving me a fair chance to explain beforehand.

One of the accounts was a newly purchased Challenge account that was only 2 days old with minimal activity, yet it was still terminated without refund.

The entire process feels heavily dependent on automated detection systems rather than a fair manual investigation. For a company that claims to support traders, the lack of transparency and communication is very disappointing.

I understand risk management is important, but banning traders based on assumptions and vague explanations seriously damages trust.

I hope FTMO improves its review process and treats traders more fairly in the future.

If you are able to pass the Challenge, means you are quality as a trader to start trading. If you fail the test, please try again and again until you can pass the challenge and able to take money from FTMO.
