Amazing to deal with and incredibly helpful. They actually have real people that you can call and speak to. Katrina helped me with my order (selecting the right items and ensuring the design was 100% perfect before proceeding). I greatly appreciate her help and highly recommend working with her. Communication was timely, clear, and products arrived on time and absolutely pristine! I LOVE the lanyards I ordered. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Katrina even took the time to call me after the order arrived to ensure that everything looked okay. If I ever need any additional promotional items, I will order them from flashbay.

We are very happy with our order. The product arrived exactly as requested, and the quality was excellent.
