The pricing

The pricing, the ease of use and its functionality, the ability to manage/change plans as youd like when youd like, the rewards, the constant free mobile data add ons they give or any of the perks, the fact that you CAN'T go over your data and get charged without being aware of it. Setting up a new phone or transferring a number is incredibly user friendly, the incentives to continue using fizz and/or to try and refer someone to use their services oh and the fact that you guys are WAY ahead of other providers in carrying over unused data instead of just resetting it every month I mean all in all I love being with fizz and you guys even have a tv plan if I recall correctly me personally I dont really watch TV but the fact you guys are always progressing and maintain great customer satisfaction are all reasons why I choose to be with you guys and I do tell people in person that they should switch to fizz if theyre looking for a new provider or if they ask about my provider ill always tell them a good chunk of the reasons I listed here as to why they should switch but im not one to send a referral code and whatnot just not really my thing I think it needs to be more organic face to face when explaining why you should choose fizz anyways thats my review keep it up guys 👍 youre killing it out there oh and last thing i got my Samsung s23 refurbished from you guys and its great and the way you can pay for it upfront or add it to the plan also helps and yeah other providers do it but you guys just do it better anyways again thats my review keep doing what youre doing guys 👌

Worth the switch

Been with them for a couple of months now and so far it’s been great. I even signed my son up a week ago. Definitely impressed with price!! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. We transfered number and removed the credit card on the account and we still got charged the next month. Never give the credit card number to this company.

User-friendly

User-friendly, easy-to-access information and services. I like the gamification and roll-over features. (One downside, I hope to be able to gift friends data using my iPhone—it freezes and I have to use a desktop for transferring data.)
