Not local, cheap quality. Avoid this company!

They claim to be a local Minneapolis company selling anti-ICE pins and apparel. Their Facebook ads clearly show an enameled metal pin. None of that is true. What I got for my $19.95 was a cheap paper print sandwiched between two pieces of plastic. The Visa charge for it came from a Hong Kong company, and Visa even charged a foreign exchange fee.

Scammy foreign company; cheap quality merchandise

This is a foreign company that misleads you into thinking that it is local, and that its pins are metal and of fine quality. I ordered what I thought would be beautifully made Minnesota "rebel loon" pins, and the Instagram ad implied that Ella Craft was a local company. Shipping took over a month (from China I think), and the pins I received are cheap ugly plastic with the pin part glued on. I would be embarrassed to even wear these.

Ordered two and items and only received one

Ordered two and items and received one. Raised this with them and they asked for a photo of the received item and the shipping label. Neither of which would prove or disprove my claim. So they ghosted me over a $13 dollar item when I pointed this out.

Poor merchandise, website is gone

I ordered two pins that looked like they were metal on the website. They just arrived, and they are a piece of paper pressed in resin. One has a loose piece of paper showing through the resin. I went to their website to see if I could contact them, and it no longer exists.
