Tame was awesome understanding and professional
I signed up for the "free scan" to see what it was about. Putting in my info they were way off the mark of who I am and kept sending me other people's info. So, whatever, I decided to look up honest reviews, not paid ones, and definitely never from their own site. People who were ACTUALLY writing a review instead of "good", people actually describing the experience etc. The negative reviews were enough for me to not want the service. So I declined, now I get spammed by them wanting service even though I said no. The part thats far worse, all of a sudden im being bombarded by so many new numbers spam/robo calling me. 3-4x worse than it ever has before. Kinda feels like they purposely sold my number off to try and force me into signing up. I wont ever sign up. Leave me TF alone.
This app is awesome and I really recommend if you want to get rid of spam this is the app that this app is the one to use. I also want to give a shout out to Lilly for her customer service support she provided me. Thank you Lilly!!!!
Only marked one star because it won’t let me leave a review otherwise. After I downloaded app and paid the instructions were very confusing and you can never converse with an actual live human. I cancelled and requested a refund but was again given confusing instructions. Finally gave up which is what they want. Total rip off in my opinion.

MyKool assisted me with my Cloaked subscription. There was an issue between Google and my account. Mike walked me through fixing the issue. I am now all et for another year.

This is a scam. Started a $60 a year subscription. Was charged $239.99 on my credit card. Tried to cancel the subscription no reply from the company. Finally after a week and filing a dispute with the credit card company had $179.99 refunded. Still tried to get in touch with the company Cloaked and ended up on a chat with an AI named Kit. Kit said she cancelled my subscription and a representative would contact me. Waited a week no representative contacted me. Tried contacting company again to no avail. No representative contacted me from Cloaked. Save your money and time because they don't provide a service. They just steal your money.

I just signed up for Cloaked to help keep my information protected. I am new to doing this kinda thing. I somewhat got the jist of it and I saw some of my info that was out there. I scared the bejesuse out of me. So far I am very happy what Cloaked is doing for me. I wasn't sure if this company was the best for me and I had a lot of questions. I called customer service and spoke with a young lady named Narissa. Narissa was great. She was very sweet, patient & understanding. Narissa explained a the questions I had. Narissa was very knowledgeable of what Cloaked does. Narissa also emailed me extra articles to me to read and have a better understanding. I definitely decided to stay with Cloaked for awhile unless I find something else. Cloaked is a little pricey but a lot less expensive than others compared to what everyone offers. If anyone decides they need to call customer service, I wish you get Narissa. Narissa is so helpful, calm and caring. Thank You Cloaked and Thank You Narissa.

I got the membership but the app conflicted with several of my other apps. I decided to cancel. That was the problem. I called and was told it was taken care of and I would get a refund. Over the next week I kept getting emails asking if I am sure I want to cancel. I keep replying yes. Called again and am told it is canceled and refunded. 5 minutes later, another email asking if I am sure. Horrible customer service

After some pretty substantial hiccups in on boarding, I was lucky to finally get some help from Tammy. She was great. Still have an issue with lost voicemails that never came through.
The app is not very friendly to navigate and doesn't seem to give a notification that you receive a voicemail.

Nerrisa, the customer service representative who helped me after I received a new phone, and could not get back into Cloaked was very helpful; patience, polite, and compassionate. She was on the phone with me while I completed every task. I am grateful for her dedication and knowledge.

I had the good fortune to work with Tammy to answer all of my questions. In a day when Customer Service is off-loaded to the Philippines or India, it is refreshing to be able to speak with someone in America that I can understand! Tammy is a genuine Professional and pure delight!

The system froze up and didn't work. Then in less than 24hrs I canceled it and wanted a refund for product not working. I got the run around from their AI Kit with no luck in talking to an actual person. I still have not seen any refund. I think with all of this they should refund 4 times the amount for putting up with the bs.

This is by far the most invasive app I’ve ever worked with, it literally takes over the functionality of your phone. The process to reverse it requires a degree from NASA and nobody I know has been able to figure it out yet. My cell phone is my business line and Cloaked is a virtual nightmare. I don’t care bout losing the subscription money, I need my phone to be working properly again! I’ve tried reaching Cloaked, but of course it’s outside of business hours, not my business hours, but theirs. If you run a business on your cell phone, do not subscribe to this product.
