I've attended two classes hosted by Simon. I also now hold two separate certifications, largely in part because of Simon. I took these classes with no formal background in CompSci while trying to transition into a career in IT. Simon was able to effectively communicate all of the key concepts with total clarity and enthusiastically engaged with all of the participants. The structure of his classes makes the content very accessible and memorable.

Simons brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his classes that he shares freely. He is also incredibly personable and supportive and it felt like learning from a close friend, rather than an instructor.

Coach Simon helped me tremendously not only with agile training but also, he made me realize a lot regarding my interactions with people. Simon Bourk's Agile coaching brought us from a purely waterfall development team to a group with several high-performing Agile Scrum teams in a short period of time. With a background of IT project manager it was a significant change moving to Agile but Simon helped me guide my teams through it. We used to perform a few releases a year. Now, at times, we are delivering multiple releases per week, getting more return for investment for our clients.
