2026 here we come!
Recreation comes from the Latin word meaning restoration. It’s more than something we do for enjoyment , it’s an essential part of recovering, re‑creating ourselves, and returning to our work at our best. We marked our 20th anniversary at our holiday party, joined by special guest appearances from our founders, Nik K. and Rosie Holness, and our CEO, frederic grard. The celebration gave us the opportunity to recognize and award employees who were nominated by their peers for embodying our Five Core Values: Honour & Integrity, Learning Together, Exploration, Mastery of Craft, and Relationships. Most importantly, it gave us the chance to reconnect with one another outside of work. We are also deeply grateful to the partners and clients who have walked alongside us over the past 20 years, many since the very beginning. Over that time, we have grown into a full‑service engineering, design, CQV and consulting firm serving the life sciences, food & beverage, nuclear, gas & processing industries. We look to 2026 and beyond; we’re just getting started.
