Last trip we went on to ABBA Voyage one of the feeder drivers didn’t know his way to the rendezvous point and missed it by miles making it very late for us setting off to London. This led to us being stuck in traffic on the approach to London so only had time to check in and leave for the evening. This left no time to explore the hotel and river area as well as being very tiring.
I would expect Wilfred’s drivers to know where they were going

I would have given them 5stars but an email was sent to me recently stating I was entitled to an upgrade but this turned out to be a mistake. I had already ordered the upgrade so it turned out to be a bit of a faff to sort out. Apart from that, all good

Although a friendly service, we did not receive a text to say which day our parcel would arrive and therefore missed the delivery. I rearranged for the following day and asked for parcel to be left in outhouse. This request was not instigated, luckily we caught the driver before our parcel was taken away again. We received a text two days later to say the parcel had been delivered successfully. Quite frustrating.

The website is easy to use and intuitive and the prices excellent. My purchase was well packaged and arrived on the stated day. The number of bronzed items available is surprising and the animals in particular are so life like. I would recommend to anybody looking for a wide selection of gifts at great prices and outstanding service.
