The next day, he helped me install the software on my laptop using remote tech support. In less than a half hour, he prepped my system and had all my programs up and running! Alex has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products. He was patient, customer-focused, and a good communicator. He set me up for success, making sure that I could easily access my new software and that I knew how he set it up so I could make changes, if needed.
