Not worth the cheap price, if anything goes wrong its over
Worst customer service ever.
I went on holiday for 2 weeks and had to cancel my card due to it being stolen, when I returned i found out the completely deleted my plan so I arrived back in UK with no data.
It is impossible to call them so you have to sit on live chat and go around in circles for hours with incompetent staff on live chat.
Their website does not work, it wouldn't let me log in. Their form they sent me to update my plan also did not work it was full of bugs. I am not an illiterate tech person, my job is senior software engineer.
After going around in circles, I asked the agent to transfer me to a manager where he said he has a bright idea.... the bright idea is to move me from a monthly rolling contract to a 12 month contract which costs an extra £4 a month.
I am so bored of being on live chat all day so i just say whatever lets do it.... but then it gets worse.... I get given a "temporary" number so my old number doesnt even work and now I need to go on live chat again to fix it?
Absolute joke of a company, no phone number to call, website is broken, customer staff so unhelpful
