Not worth the cheap price, if anything goes wrong its over

Worst customer service ever.
I went on holiday for 2 weeks and had to cancel my card due to it being stolen, when I returned i found out the completely deleted my plan so I arrived back in UK with no data.

It is impossible to call them so you have to sit on live chat and go around in circles for hours with incompetent staff on live chat.

Their website does not work, it wouldn't let me log in. Their form they sent me to update my plan also did not work it was full of bugs. I am not an illiterate tech person, my job is senior software engineer.

After going around in circles, I asked the agent to transfer me to a manager where he said he has a bright idea.... the bright idea is to move me from a monthly rolling contract to a 12 month contract which costs an extra £4 a month.

I am so bored of being on live chat all day so i just say whatever lets do it.... but then it gets worse.... I get given a "temporary" number so my old number doesnt even work and now I need to go on live chat again to fix it?

Absolute joke of a company, no phone number to call, website is broken, customer staff so unhelpful

Annoying

Virgin media sales team consistently ring me up (at least once per month) and try to get me to pay more for my package when I tell them each time to remove me from the list.

I complained when I renewed and said I did not want any more phone calls, I actually said I would leave.... but CSR told me they would take me off list.

Blocked the number but sometimes comes from different one, if I receive a single call from them again I am leaving.

Also they randomly increase your bill at the end of contract and screw you over if you dont ring to ask for a discount.

Worst product ever

I would recommend switching your whole business to use pigeons for sending emails over recommending their email app. It is one of the most useless apps I have ever seen. Basic search doesn't work in shared mailbox, no focused filter like outlook. You cant even delete emails on the mobile app as they have not built this functionality yet????? How can you run a business if you cant delete emails from shared inbox......

I’m sorry for any trouble you have encountered, and I completely understand your concern. We do have several filter conditions available in the shared mailbox search, including From, To, CC, Hashtags, Tags, Commented By, and @Mentioned. I recommend adjusting the search field to Shared Mailbox and trying out different search conditions to narrow down your results.

Regarding the deletion of emails from the shared mailbox in the Shared view, I wanted to let you know that this feature is currently under development, and we expect the delete option to be available in a future update.

Shockingly useless

Refused my delivery to fba warehouse as it was with royal mail, called and apparently i was supposed to know that it needs to be "partnered courier"? How am i supposed to know this. useless shocking experience. Asked for reimbursment and refused.
