Smarty is well priced in comparison with other companies. It has a good customer service and easy to use app that allows you to make changes to your data and adds on. The only problem is the network coverage in remote areas and abroad can be week or nonexistent

I bought an item which did not fit in my trolley therefore I returned it via the post office as a tracked item (paid for it and posted to the address provided by Affordable Golf) I waited for my refund but a week later I did not receive either an email acknowledging receipt of the item or a refund.
I sent an email to Affordable Golf stating that the item was returned and I no refund was issued. They replied by saying the depot have not processed the return yet and to wait another 3 days which I did. A week later still no refund. Emailed again and I was told the same think. Waited again but no refund after another week. I emailed again and was told to provide proof of delivery which I did. A further week passed and nothing therefore I emailed Affordable Golf to remind them of the consumer rights and if I don't receive my refund I will have no option but to escalate my case to the ombudsman.
A day after I received an email requesting again proof of delivery which I did.
Three days later received an email from Affordable Golf confirming my refund will be issued with no apology.
They might be called Affordable Golf but the customer service is appalling.
WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN WITH THEM

Booked my appointment online which was easy and straightforward.
My appointment was on time and the operation was thorough and informative.
She explained what eye care I needed.

Ordered winter wheels for my golf trolley which was reasonably priced. They arrived on time and fitted my golf trolley

The hotel was shabby and needed maintenance and upgrading.
Food although good was more geared towards salads. As for the fruit very poor.
The lifts very far from reception and only 2 out of 5 worked.
The main bar was not open during the day, only the pool bar was and it was very cold and dark.
The room was spacious but the phone was not connected and the safe was not working.
Staff not very sociable.
All in all dissapointing

I received an email from Octopus CEO regarding fixing my tariff due to future increases. I looked on Octopus website and found all the information I needed well explained.

I was not sure about booking a holiday with Jet2 as my first experience flying with them from Bristol was not great.
I thought I will give them another go and to my surprise what an improvement.
The online booking was easy and the price was competitive as well.
The superb service they introduced to check in the day before and have the facility to check in in the resort the morning before you fly (if you fly after 12 pm) is superb and take all the stress of paying for the extra service the hotel might have or not for you to keep your room.
The outbound flight was on time and although the inbound flights was delayed I was kept informed of the reason and received several apologetic emails. The crew on both flights were superb.
The representative at the resort was also visible on the days they were due and Jet2 informed me of how to connect them when needed.
I definitely will be booking holidays with Jet2 in the future.

I was not sure how to book a tee time and used the chat service. The adviser was very helpful and guided me through the whole process which was very comprehensive and detailed.
