I like that the result information was…
I like that the result information was clear to understand. What I didn't like is to wait 4+ days before getting the result when the lab website suggested the results would be delivered in 1-3 days. Having to wait to learn whether you have an STI (and that you may have infected another person) is quite difficult. I choose TrustPilot based on that promise of 1-3 days.
