If you have an unlocked phone and you're comfortable doing your own tech work and not having access to a brick and mortar store, Visible is a great option. I was paying $80/mo for Verizon but now paying $35/mo for Visible, ON THE SAME Verizon NETWORK. Flawless cell phone service!

The first what I like is the quality of the service I am in just big Virginia so not everywhere I have four bars but the service still works reliably I like the speed of service and granularity I can select different kind of service according to my requirements also I like how easy it is to transfer e-sim to the different phone application is good the payment facilities are good there is autopay or anything other that I want to choose for payment credit card and things like that overall I am satisfied with the service

The process of switching to Visible from another wireless provider was easy and streamlined. After switching over, I noticed improved connectivity in areas around my town that my previous provider struggled in.

With seemingly every website and app nowadays being bogged down with a plethora of ads, confusing menus, and pointless updates, its a breath of fresh air using Visible's website and app. They load quick, information is easy to find, and I never felt like they're trying to sell me something every single page.

Finally, the price can't be beat. A flat, straight-forward pricing model that bakes-in the required fees into the final total. What I was quoted initially is what I pay per month. Gone are the add-on fees present with other wireless providers.

The signal is not good I would appreciate a better signal it keeps going in and out.

Visible is a reliable and cheap phone service. Highly recommend. No more overcharging worries. One price every month. No crazy 3rd party fees.

Overall good service. Calling and texting is so simple. My only complaint is data. Once it slows down, it becomes very difficult to use the internet for simple things.

1/4 as expensive as my Verizon bill was and I have noticed literally no difference in usage. I went into the New Mexican mountains recently and my phone either received or lost service just the same as everyone else's phones.

Amazing pricing and service. I love that it is super cheap and you get the same service if you were on the name brand if you are using data. I kinda like the customer service because the fix the problems but the downfall is I don't like using a chat box and needing to wait for a reply on my phone. You can't use the phone really when you have the box open because I don't want the chat to close. I wish there was a phone number to talk with someone. I also don't get the visible circle. It doesn't send the link so you have to chat box customer service which is more of a hassle.

Calls constantly drop service isn’t great were I go and very staticy price is good like that but hard to get ahold of customer service long wait. Time

I receive excellent unlimited coverage for an unbeatable price! I am so thankful I switched to Visible over a year ago and stopped paying my previous carrier that charged me so much for a phone that was already paid off. Visible made switching over incredibly easy and the customer service agent who helped me was awesome! They say you get what you pay for, but I get way better coverage for $35 a month than I did paying $80 with my old carrier, and I'm so grateful I was recommended them. Thank you so much, Visible, for doing what you do! :)

So far so good. Only difference I've seen in my service is about $75 cheaper a month. I'm good with that. Transferring over was quite simple.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy they have made the process of setting up your phone. It has a set up app!!!
With my previous carrier I spent over 40 hours working with their tech support to get the new phone I had purchased to connect to the cellular network. Never did get it to work. So I returned it and requested my money back.
This set up and connection was about 30 minutes with the Visible app and the new iPhone. I then did my husband’s new phone as well.

We have also been very pleased with the cell phone connection and the fact that they are usable on our home WiFi, as cell service at our home is not available.

I love my new phone service. I haven’t had any issues especially compared to my old phone service. Everything is working fine. And the affordable phone service is great. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

Absolutely terrible service! I understand in the digital age everything is online but no customer service phone line is a joke! Never go with this cell carrier!

Best mobile service by far on a budget! Bonus....unlimited data! No dropped calls makes this a no brainer!
