Top Availability and Process

Vansprint and their subsidiary Stenger Bike GmbH has been exceptional help and value in my search for my company bike. They sourced a great deal for a Specialized Levo SL and the leasing conditions were by far the most fair I have met during my search. Every team member were very courteous and helpful in all stages of the lease and this gave me confidence to come back for servicing and possibly for my partner´s job bike at the end of the year.

Stress in the beginning, bliss at the end

This is about a mixed experience. I have ordered a Cannondale Jekyll 2 from the Belgian site (vansprint.be) on 10 June 2025, which is in fact handled by the Nederlands branch of VanSprint. For nearly two weeks I lived through a terrible anguish, having arrived close to the conclusion that I had been the victim of an internet fraud. That was mainly because of very rare replies from the customer support in NL and because the few I did receive were basically empty of any useful information.
However, everything changed once the German mother company took over. At the hands of Thomas Grünewald everything became clear and committal. Not only that the bike arrived as promised (on 26 June), but I found understanding when a week later I decided size L was too big for me and wanted to do a swap. The company sent the currier to my place (Brussels) to collect the size L, ordered the M with Cannondale and delivered it within a reasonable interval. More importantly, it communicated throughout all this time with me and I knew what to expect. I have received the M size on 24 July and this may seem long since the original order, but having bikes swapped is not exactly a simple operation. In addition I have not been asked to pay again for the second and wait to be refunded for the first, I have not paid any of the three curriers and I have not been asked to cover a price increase that had been introduced while I was scratching my head about the L. In all, it was a good experience and I strongly recommend the German site. The Dutch one needs however a bit of shaking up but I am told it is happening. Happy shopping to all VanSprint customers!

Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered an Orbea bike from Van Sprint expecting delivery within 2–5 days, as advertised. After almost 6 weeks of vague updates and no clear timeline, I decided to cancel the order.
I sent the cancellation by email — as required on their website — over two weeks ago, but still haven’t received any confirmation or response. Follow-up messages have been ignored.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have to involve consumer protection authorities. Disappointing experience with unreliable timelines and unresponsive customer service.

Awful scan website.

Awful scan website.
I bought a bike 6 month ago, and had a problem with my battery. Customer service asked to send it to them, and I did. This was 6 month ago. Since then, they lost my battery and did not do anything about it.
Please run away before getting scammed.

Unable to deliver and stock not up to date!

Bike available delivery within 2 to 5 days
No follow-up from customer service, after numerous reminder emails to find out where my order was, I finally received a reply on November 14, 2024 saying that the bike was not available, I was offered a size S instead of M
Refund within 14 days! This is unacceptable.
Move on and order elsewhere!

How can you run a retail store where you do not answer any customers enquiries? Do not reply to emails and never pick up calls!

Go buy your bike from a reputable bike shop and save yourself some trouble!

Firstly I did not send 10 emails secondly you never responded anything!

I bought a bike through the website and i supposed to recieved in 4 to 7 days, so after one month and one week i still waiting, and the worst is that every time i ask to them they said is almost ready but... im loosing all the illusion to ride my new bike because this company.

I am really happy with my ebike and for sure i can only recommend the e shop .... untill niw iam also happy with the """" after sales service """""
The people over there help me alot to build my bike
Iam waiting to see how that works when start the problems ....and if they start ....
But for sure until now Iam more then satisfied.......
