Perfect day

We had a great day with tour guide Bobo, stated before the day with preparation about time and place to meet, small group of 7 , so almost private.perfect planning for the day and well timed, tour guide was knowledgable, pleasant and informative,

Disgusting

Train to skegness may 25th was packed people standing for 2.hours 40 mins in 30+ degree heat with no aircon... The tables was flithy with litter the toilets blocked and smelt so bad... Absolutely shocking train service

Assuring Customer Service

I was unable to checkin online and had to call. It took few minutes for someone to talk to me. The online platform of the affected airline did not allow me to still checkin. The only choice being at the airport.
After a while, i got a call and it was ffom Trip.com calling to know if i had reached the airport and if i was able to checkin. That was quite pleasant and reassuring.
