I purchased a Spotify premium account which actually turned out to be a standard account - I have tried to get this problem solved contacting them through their WhatsApp channel but I get no answer from it yet.

After one week the problem Is still there and I have totally NO ANSWER from support.
Then I officially requested to close the contract with them, and again NO ANSWER.

I can't believe this is their standard behaviour, but that's It.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 for my Apple Mac Mini M4, which I use at home.

For personal purposes, I use the fantastic Apple suite, which includes Pages and Numbers.

However, I wanted to have Microsoft Word on my Mac Mini at home so I could create MailMerge templates for complex work documents that draw on data from our business software in the comfort of my own home.

We use Microsoft at the office, and the MailMerge function used in Microsoft Word uses a proprietary Microsoft syntax that is difficult/impossible to use with Apple Pages or LibreOffice Writer.

So, I only needed Word... and sometimes Excel, but purchasing Home & Business cost less than Office 2024.

Thanks to the very low price offered by SOFT ASTRD, I was able to purchase a full working license to use Word on my home computer.

Be careful when purchasing on this website—your banking details are not safe. After making a purchase, there were multiple attempts to steal money from my payment card. I contacted customer service, but they provided no clarification. Be very cautious and monitor your bank transactions closely.

Since then, there have been several unauthorized transaction attempts from the United States, specifically from 'Acclaro Medical'. I would like to clarify that I am Dutch and I live in the Netherlands. I urge you to carefully investigate your systems and personnel. Regarding the Office 2024 software I purchased from you, I trust it is a genuine version and not a cracked one containing malware
