Outstanding service – highly recommend!
This is the third time we’ve booked through Snappr, and once again we were lucky enough to have Stephen as our photographer. He was wonderful as always.
Graduation events are never simple—organising students, staff, and timing can feel like herding cats—but Stephen handles it all with incredible patience and professionalism. He works around the chaos seamlessly and makes the whole process far less stressful.
The final photos were fantastic, capturing both the key moments and some great candid shots that really bring the day to life.
We’re consistently impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Snappr—especially Stephen!

The entire experience was amazing!! The photographer helped me with everything, including carrying items, and was willing to go all over the campus for photos. The booking process itself was amazing and the photos were returned fully edited super fast (within 36 hours).

DO NOT book with this company. They are a scam! I booked a shoot with when for my daughter’s prom pictures. I made a mistake on the date so I had to cancel and rebook. There wasn’t an option to be refunded, only to receive a gift card. I opted the gift card route. Upon trying to rebook, the original package option was unavailable and I was told by an associate that, that option is only available once which was nowhere indicated while i was booking. I ended up booking another session which was around $83 more pricier than the original option. On the day of prom, the photographer send me a message saying that he will not be available for the shoot. Now I’m left with a gift card which I may never use. This Company is a ripoff and I will bring them to small claims court. Be warned!!

Quick, easy, and excellent

We hired a photographer through this app for a small photo shoot for our baby. The photos delivered were so terrible, the photographer literally edited the photos so bad my daughter’s hair was purple!! When we brought it to snapprs attention, they attempted to get the unedited photos (which I guess they would have normally charged for) and the photos were equally as unusable. They refused to give us a refund, rather a $50 credit. Would never use them again.

Good communication, friendly and professional. I was notified of changes to the appointment with changing of the Photographer. It was cheaper than other photographers and the results turned out very good. Allana was my Photographer and I enjoyed working with her.

Our photographer was very patient and accommodating. We met in a park and it was super hot that day. We took photos mainly in shaded areas which left shadows on our faces on most of the pictures so in hindsight, I wish we would have done more covered under the gazebo or in an a more open area. Photos were brightened but no major edits done to them. Overall we got some good pics and received them quickly.

Regina was simply wonderful and perfect! could not be more satisfied.

Brian was wonderful at our daughter’s graduation. He spotted her and took lovely shots of her at every angle. He then joined us outside and was very patient with a large group of us.
I was so excited when I received the final pictures. All our pictures turned out beautiful.

We had such an amazing experience with our photographer, Drew. From the very beginning, she was warm, organized, patient, and incredibly talented. She captured every special moment so naturally and beautifully, and somehow managed to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.

The photos turned out absolutely incredible — emotional, fun, and full of personality. We will treasure these memories forever. Thank you for going above and beyond and for helping make our celebration so special. Highly recommend!

Hugo was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He was professional, creative, patient, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and natural. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and he really paid attention to detail to make sure every shot came out amazing.

He was also very efficient, communicative, and passionate about his craft, which made a huge difference during my graduation photoshoot. The pictures came out incredible, and I truly appreciate how he captured such an important milestone for me.

I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone looking for high-quality photography and a great overall experience. Definitely someone I would work with again!

Great experience! Our photographer, Zach did an amazing job and was great to work with.

The service was executed exactly as promised. I was able to easily find and schedule a photographer at a reasonable price, and the photographer was wonderful to work with and delivered a quality product. For me, the account manager was, though helpful, a little too pushy. I emailed on my lunch break at work and by the end of the day had 3 unread emails in response. Still, after I spoke with her once or twice I did appreciate her availability and the support.

The photographer Marcel is amazing! I have used him for about 6 shoots. My concern is that some of the photos he takes are not on my ad. I know he took them because I saw him take specific photos I ask for and double check on his camera view finder to make sure they are what I am looking for. This makes more work for me as in the last shoot I will have to make an 80 mile round trip to retake some pictures for my clients ad and take these photos myself. I want to be clear this is no reflection on Marcel, but who ever he is sending all of his photos to should not use their discretion but forward all the pictures to BaT and let me decide whether I want them in my ad or not.

Professional, reasonable, and flexible

I have a lot of Photographer friends and people I know however no one could do the work for me on that weekend. so I tried out this Snappr for the first time. I changed my mind and location a bunch of times and a Macky patiently responded to all my request. snappr was also able to provide me last minute an amazing Photographer.. The cost is probably even less than market.. If you need a good Quality photographer anywhere last minute that won't charge you for last minute bookings Snappr is great. . . I would have to say though even though I was going to tell my Photographer when you go to the app, you have to be careful or you can accidentally press tip. Please note this is just a user error, but it does not ask you if you want to confirm after you press OK other than that it was amazing and like I said I would’ve tipped her anyways probably . I highly recommend using their service and will use them again in the future. The app is so cool because you can find a photographer in any city and they will also travel to you so if you want to Beach location or do you want to do a girls photo somewhere they can do that no, I don’t work for them. I just think it was pretty cool experience
