The training was quite interactive.
Vivek made sure that we all are fully involved and pay full attention throughout the sessions.
Although I felt the team spent more time in the breakout rooms than with the trainer.
More use cases and theory could be included and team activity time should be less.
I would recommend this course by Simpliaxis for quite good learning experience.

I had a good learning experience with the Scrum Master training program. The course content was well-structured and covered Agile and Scrum concepts in a practical and easy-to-understand manner. The trainer Mr. Naveen explained the topics clearly with real-time examples and interactive sessions, which helped in understanding the framework better.

I had a fantastic experience with SimpliAxis while pursuing my CSPO® certification. The entire journey was seamless, well-structured, and genuinely engaging from start to finish.

More than expected, great course. Certification was more than useful, fun and direct. I would strongly recommend.

On the day of the training when I logged into my account, against purchase history I am able to see the course details for which I made the payment but in course dashboard I was enrolled for zero courses. And details on how to join the session were given to me not before the start time but way after. I am disappointed. Kindly provide session joining details a day before.

It was wonderful interacting with people from around the world and sharing perspectives. The class was collaborative and structured around peer interactions to come ti arrive at a filtered solution. Vive the instructor was great at fostering these collaborations and we never felt rushed although it was pretty fast paced and engaging all throughout the sessions.

All in all I would give a thumbs up and recommend if you're thinking about doing it.

Learning with Abid was easy and engaging! He gave us a clear outline on how we would be learning the concepts and managed to add fun into the class. I took the CSM course with him and found it very useful.

I really enjoyed the CSM training with Maria. Her use of real-life scenarios to demonstrate Agile methodologies made the course both engaging and enjoyable. She managed our time effectively and provided helpful resources to support exam preparation. She also offered valuable insight into how Agile can be applied successfully across many industries, not just software development. I recommend taking this course.

The instructor was knowledgeable and professional, and some of the concepts were explained clearly with helpful examples. I appreciated the patience shown during the session and the effort to answer participant questions.

However, the overall course experience could be improved. A large portion of the training felt rushed, and some topics were covered only at a high level. I was expecting more direct instruction, practical examples, and deeper discussion around real-world application. There were also several breakout activities, but I felt they would have been more useful if there had been more guidance, feedback, and follow-up from the trainer.

The course materials were helpful, but they could have been better aligned with the actual training session. Overall, it was a decent learning experience, but I think the structure, pacing, and hands-on support could be improved to make the course more valuable.

I recently completed my SAFe RTE certification training with Kumaresh and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations — largely due to the instructor.
His depth of knowledge was immediately evident, but what truly set this training apart was his passion for the subject. It wasn’t just a course being delivered; it was clear he genuinely cares about the material and the people learning it.

Our class was made up of experienced Scrum Masters and RTEs — we even had an SPC in the room.

After realizing that, while sticking to the standard curriculum, he adapted his approach to meet us where we were. We were able to bring our real-world scenarios to the table, have honest conversations about the gap between what we were doing in practice versus what the framework prescribes, and walk away with actual clarity. That kind of dialogue was more valuable than any slide deck.

Beyond the content, his personable approach created a space where we genuinely connected as a group — and we left not just better equipped for the certification, but with a network of peers we can lean on as we continue this journey.

Highly recommend this training to any experienced practitioner looking for more than just exam prep.

Maria Matarelli and Simpliaxis provided an excellent training experience that went far beyond the foundational knowledge expected in a Scrum Master course. We had the opportunity to actively practice the different components of the Scrum framework, including roles, events, and artifacts, through engaging and applied exercises.
