Rippling is one of the best tools in the HRTech space. Its user-friendly, easy to navigate and much better than the competitors. A+++

The application is easy to use and simple with understanding. However the mobile version and computer version are set up differently. I am not able to access certain things on the mobile version like wages, but i can see paystubs & W2s.

User Interface and ease of use

It was great to have easy access in palm of my hands and simple and useful

The menu and site are easy to navigate, hence the 5 stars, but I would appreciate if the site was affected by my DARK READER Chrome browser extension, since it's the one site I interact with regularly that does not seem to be switched into dark mode by the browser extension I have installed and turned on.

As someone reading from my laptop's screen for 8+ hours a day, having everything in dark mode is a lifesaver for my eyes!

Also, I have noticed that I'll complete a task in Rippling, and it will still show as needing to be done in the notifications menu. This is not so serious, since once I click on notifications, the page I am brought to lets me know that I did indeed complete all of the tasks, but I worry false notifications may lead to users missing notifications that do actually correlate with tasks needing to be completed!

Aside from that, this is a stellar product!

Simple to use , ability to review past pay stubs easily.

Rippling is a great platform as it centralizes most HR tasks in one place, making management simple and efficient. It allows employees to easily track and manage holidays, access personal information, and handle requests without hassle. The portal makes it convenient to request required documents anytime, improving overall productivity and transparency. It is easy to use and has multiple SSO options which help access multiple company portals from the same place. The only downside is that when you request an employment document, the support team is not easy to reach through the request form.

Rippling has been a great HR platform to use. I’m really happy with how user-friendly and easy to navigate it is. The setup and day-to-day tasks feel simple, efficient, and straightforward. Overall, it has made managing HR processes much smoother.

I strongly believe the company will continue to grow, it was great to see so many features clearly organized making of it a very intuitive platform for any user

Rippling makes all of our business’s HR functions and systems streamlined and convenient.

Easy to use.

Rippling looks good on the surface, but as you delve deeper and deal with sales you start to understand that their product does not always do what is stated. We implemented it for a n Australian 80M+ revenue company recently and discovered the key seles feature (award interpretations) didn't actually exist. IT managers will dislike their tactics, trying to charge per user for SSO and AD integration. Another crap thing is they charge per user which also includes ex employees, so if you have high staff turnover it's going to cost even for users no long employed! As with any system, do your due diligence. I recommend avoiding it.

Ripping his my current employers HR site for payroll time and all things HR. I find it very easy to navigate since I’ve been using it. I’ve never had to ask for any help or questions about it.
