Deception and lack of service
I purchased 2 proxies on the site - as it turned out, they are both from 1 subnet, that is, we can consider it 1 router 1 IP. I asked for a refund within an hour after purchase, or a replacement for one of the addresses, or a replacement for the package itself - but received refusals for absolutely everything. The company has a special policy not to return funds to customers
P.S Answer to the company
That's all true - but in my case, you refused to do either a replacement or a refund, because you are ordinary scammers who are willing to ruin your reputation for a few dollars.

A quick clarification for transparency: with our Datacenter and ISP proxy plans, IPs are assigned automatically from our available pool, and we don't guarantee that multiple IPs in a small package will come from different /24 subnets. This is stated openly in our pre-sale communication.
Regarding refunds: like most proxy providers, we cannot refund IPs that have already been issued and activated, since the addresses are reserved on our side and cannot be resold. This is also outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we always look at edge cases individually and do our best to find a fair solution - including replacements where possible.

Really good IP quality overall. They’re missing a few features like IP whitelisting, but the IPs themselves are top-tier. Speed is average, and support is fast.

Good proxies overall. The variety and dashboard settings are great. The only downside is that the speed can be inconsistent on some nodes, and you might hit some captchas. It usually takes a few tries to find a 'clean' and fast IP, but once you do, it works fine. Worth a try.
