I had an amazing experience with the mock interview process at Strider.

I was honestly very nervous about my English and almost gave up because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to explain technical concepts properly. Even after I missed the original interview time, the interviewer still encouraged me to continue, which already showed a lot of empathy and professionalism.

She was extremely kind, attentive, and charismatic throughout the entire interview. She gave me valuable advice, highlighted my strengths, and helped me regain a lot of confidence that I had lost.

I also think the idea of doing a mock interview before the real interview is incredibly valuable. It helped me feel much calmer and gave me a much better understanding of what to expect in the actual process.

Overall, it was an incredible experience and I’m very grateful for the support and encouragement I received.
