I love my 2026 Mooncool TK2 Pro etrike.
I love my 2026 Mooncool TK2 Pro etrike.
I am 6-2 350lbs. The TK2 Pro rides great with me without any problems, I climb hills with ease. I have confidence that this etrike will take me anywhere I want to go.
The TK2 Pro is well made and easy to ride. I prefer to ride in pedal assist with its 5 comfortable speed modes with a top speed of 15.5mph. The reverse mode comes in handy when backing the etrike out of crowded areas, parking spot or the garage. Throttle assist works great when you need that extra speed or power. I enjoy the cargo racks, I have the Mooncool cargo bags and I can pack all my gear and extras inside the bags.
I've discovered my comfortable cruising speed to be 10-12mph and the top speed of 15.5mph is fun.
I highly recommend the Mooncool TK2 PRO. The etrike surprisingly has the power and quality of build to allow me to ride anywhere I want to go with confidence.

Great Customer Support
I constructed a Mooncool trike for a friend’s special needs son to use. What an impressive and sturdy product.
She had purchased the bigger seat with the backrest and I switched that into the trike. I did not do the greatest job with the installation of that seat and I needed a new screw to secure the seat post to the bottom of the seat. I reached out to Mooncool and communicated with Fiona to get the new hardware sent to me. It was a quick and efficient interaction and I look forward to getting the items.
One very impressive thing that happened was I called the customer support number to start the process. The call was sent to a voicemail box and I did not leave a message as I was not going to be available for a while. I received a call back from them later that day as I was driving home. I was surprised and impressed that they saw my number and called me to see what I was calling about. I saw the number was from WV and I answered it as I had called their number with that area code.
In these days of lacking customer support services I was so appreciative that they reached out to me.

Too many handouts about a product I did not buy. Useless emails. Difficult to put together. Scary to learn how to ride this bike.

EASY order processing!
The initial ordering process was EASY! I was looking for parts (fenders) & found EXACTLY what I needed (my color was out of stock, but a little paint will fix that). Order shows I should receive in 2-10 business days & I get frequent updates regarding shipping status.

I needed a replacement part for my trike car carrier and contacted the company.
Even though the replacement was through no fault of theirs, I heard back from Fiona immediately and she offered to send the needed part to me, free of charge.
I now have a tracking number as it was sent within a matter of days.
I can't thank the company enough. It is comforting to know they back up their products and take care of their customer's needs.

My daughter loves her new ride.
First off I want to say the the product arrived quickly and is perfect for my daughter whom I bought it for. Shipping and delivery were very quick, however I am in Canada and had to ship to a forwarding center in the US and drive down to pick it up (this was known to me beforehand so not a negative just an inconvenience) Assembly of the bike was fairly simple however the bolting on the rear end was strange as the tabs had around a quarter inch gap on either side that had to be closed by squeezing them in tightening the bolts. Did not effect the operation of the bike just required a little extra grunt to make it happen hence the loss of one star. Having said that my daughter loves her new ride.

This is my second Mooncool
This is my second Mooncool, bought my first over 2 years ago I have over 2000 miles on it & have had no problems with it. I made suggestions after my purchase every thing I asked about were included with this new one. I couldn't find the SN# to apply for a City of Denton rebate, one call & someone called me back with the info. I love my new one & have installed the custom trailer hitch for my Husky dog's trailer! My small PA speaker fits in the front basket & the inverter to power it in the back basket for music at the Dog Park. Thank You
