LockedIn AI is expensive compared to the other tools out there in same category but it stand out without a doubt. Although still not statistically with the pricing, it’s good but not worth $69. Overall good experience, it gives better answers compared to most of the tools if trained well.
There are three major problems with this tool that I have come across one of them is that it stops working in the middle of the interview, I don’t know why it does that. It stops reading the questions from the interviewer, stops transcribing which eventually leads to no answers.
Second being the accuracy of the transcribing, it often fails to understand what the interviewer is asking. And hence generates irrelevant answers.
Third, it’s question intake time is very less so, while the interviewer speaks his question gets split into 4-5 parts and so does the answers which creates chaos, lack of structure, and loses the essence of the answer.
Above all I would also like to appreciate the customer support they have, they are reliable, friendly, responsive and humble. So, good experience there. Thank you LockedIn!

I was hoesntly scared at first since the interviewer asked me to share my entire screen and i wasnt sure if lockedin would show up but NOPE IT WORKED! and no one could tell.other than that their customer service is a 10/10 literally 10 minutes after i sent an email about cancialling my subscription since i forgot to unsubscribe they sent me an email and refunded me i coudln't have asked for anyting more for a ai intervieeer helper

I am sharing this experience to warn other European customers about their billing practices.
I recently purchased a subscription to LockedIn AI ($69.99). Shortly after, I formally exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Customer support explicitly refused the refund. They claimed that because I had accessed the platform, their internal "Refund Policy" made the purchase non-refundable. However, under EU consumer law, an internal policy cannot override statutory rights. To legally waive the 14-day withdrawal period for digital content, a merchant must obtain an explicit, separate consent at checkout (e.g., an unticked checkbox). LockedIn AI does not implement this mechanism.
Despite clearly pointing out this legal requirement, they stood by their refusal. They only agreed to process the refund after I escalated the issue to my bank and an official dispute (chargeback) alert was issued to their payment processor.
The tool itself may be useful to some, but the company actively attempts to bypass European consumer protection laws and relies on customers giving up.

I’m not entirely sure what’s happening with LockedIn lately. In 2025, it stood out as one of the most advanced and reliable tools for meetings—especially strategic discussions. It was intuitive, powerful, and genuinely helped users stay productive. However, the current direction feels concerning.
One of the biggest issues is the way updates are being handled. Changes are being pushed frequently, often without proper announcements or documentation. Each update seems to introduce new bugs, and instead of improving the experience, it’s creating friction for users. Even minor issues add up when they appear consistently across updates.
A major concern is the recent decision to combine multiple models into one system. This removes a level of control that many users relied on. Previously, being able to choose specific models allowed users to optimize performance based on their needs. Now, with everything bundled together, there’s a lack of transparency—we don’t even know which model is being used at a given time. This change feels unrequested and counterproductive.
Another frustrating aspect is the sudden UI changes. Users who aren’t actively following updates or community channels can log in and find a completely different interface overnight. That kind of abrupt transition, without warning or guidance, disrupts workflow and creates confusion.
The removal of key features like Bruce Copilot is also disappointing. It was an essential tool for many users, and removing it without prior notice or explanation has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
It’s also worth noting that these updates feel unilateral. There doesn’t seem to be enough user consultation or feedback integration before rolling out major changes. While the support team is responsive and helpful—which is definitely a strong point—the product decisions themselves don’t seem aligned with what users are asking for.
That said, not everything is negative. Some of the newer features, such as improved keyboard navigation and scrolling, are genuinely useful and show that the team is still capable of meaningful innovation. These improvements enhance usability and deserve recognition.
Overall, LockedIn still has great potential, but its current trajectory raises concerns. Better communication, more stable updates, and a stronger focus on user feedback would go a long way in restoring trust. If these issues are addressed, I’d be more than willing to revisit and revise my rating.
