I LOVE WISP!! It’s literally a game changer! It’s literally a life saver. It truly beats the hassle of having to book an appointment to see your doctor to get prescribed medication you already know you need. Wisp is FAST and super CONVENIENT. I truly love this site. I cannot count how many times I’ve needed medication and couldn’t get it unless I saw my doctor. This website is truly amazing. They literally have any medication you may need from emergencies to every day sex health care.

Extremely misleading pricing.

I paid $100 for two prescriptions, which was presented as if it was paying for the medicine itself. When I picked up at the pharmacy I had to pay separately.

I used wisp for the first time. Fast, easy and inexpensive. I recently lost my insurance and needed an inexpensive way to treat a uti. This was my best option. No waiting. Filled my prescription at my pharmacy and fast!!

I mean I was so skeptical at first but something told me go with it I used my 20% off first time coupon and I literally picked up my prescription from my local CVS within 30 minutes!!😊

I have a simple UTI. It made me put my whole medical history in, JUST to get an antibiotic for a UTI!! IT EVEN MADE ME PAY $65!! THEN, AT THE END, IT SAID ARE YOU 65 OR OLDER? I answered honestly YES! IT SAYS SORRY! YOU DONT QUALIFY. NOW I GOTTA WAIT FOR MY $65 BACK & I GAVE SO MUCH MEDICAL INFORMATION, THAT I WONDER IF MY INFO IS SECURE! THIS IS F##KED UP! Why didn't it say that when I put my date of birth in? " YOU dont qualify", (like all the others did, right away). Apparently because I'm 66, none of the companies online, Walgreens, Amazon One, say it, but YOU KNOW right after you put your DOB in! I'll never use them again! What a business racket! They just want all my medical info! I feel VIOLATED! Now, they know everything about me! It took 30 minutes to fill it all out!!! I'M SO ANGRY! I HATE THIS COMPANY NOW!

I was very skeptical about ordering. I really needed medicine for glp1 side effects ASAP. I took the quiz and had my medicine the very next day! I’m a very happy customer and will definitely order again!!

No help. Two days no word. Said I was good to go for meds and then they backtracked. Don’t waste your money on this site

I was nervous as ever to try this thinking it wouldn’t work and it was a scam due to how easy it was to get these pills. Let’s start with my period is ALWAYS on time. Maybe a day early but never late. I ALWAYS have my period on a vacation and honestly at this point I got tired of it. So the big review…these pills WORK! Day 1 I was a bit bloated and crampy but by day 2 I was good to go. My period never came. I didn’t take the for 10 days as I didn’t care about it coming after I left my trip. So now 2 days of me not taking it and no period yet. When it comes hopefully it’s not bad but for that is worth this is amazing. Will use for any future trips if my friend wants to make her appearance. Thank you Wisp!

Such an easy process! Had my meds picked up from the pharmacy within 2 hours

My husband threw out 2 out of my 3 month supply of birth control, I reached out to wisp about needing an early refill because of this and they were so quick to to reply and fill my refill. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Not transparent as far as pricing goes.

Not as convenient or flexible as advertised. You are not in control of your health as suggested & ability to provide service will ultimately come down to insurance and pharmacy cooperation; the 2 entities consumers are trying to avoid by shopping online.

I came to Wisp for HRT. Only after I paid and had my consult did I find out there is no available Rx for testosterone. So I will need to pay another provider for another consult to get what I need.
Unfortunate because everything else was good.

Super convenient, I like that you can order meds 24/7, my only complaint is that the prices seem pretty high especially when you compare medication for females versus males. Doesn’t really seem fair.

Placed an order for birth control and it arrived without any issues, process was smooth and simple. After three months of lots of marketing texts, I was alerted that my refill was processing. Great! Then a notice it was approved and would be received in 3-5 business days, and to look for tracking info. Never received info, or prescription. Came to the day I was supposed to start the new pack and nothing, so I contacted them. Was told it was shipping soon and to look for tracking again (finally provided a number here). I told them I already received that message and tracking showed no movement in 4 days since it was created, and I was concerned this would mess up my body and asked to have it transferred to a local pharmacy. They replied with updated tracking magically (arriving 10 business days after my original message said it was shipping), and said I needed to agree to a 25 charge and pay additional medication price at my pharmacy IF I needed my medication sooner. No- I needed my medication auto-refilled and delivered in a timely manner so there were no gaps. Hormonal birth control is dependent on consistent usage, and they made that impossible. Cancelled. New prescription through Amazon was half the price and will arrive two days before theirs that was shipped a week ago supposedly. Can't recommend.

User Friendly Website. Entire visit was positive. My prescription was sent within two hours of online visit. That was great for my busy schedule.

I love getting help made easy, and the subscription option for on hand use is fabulous.

Came in at just the right time . Started getting symptoms of a yeast infection over the weekend lucky I found wisp and was able to get diagnosed and get the medicine needed. Everyone has different experiences and mine as been great. Really easy to use and very convenient. Truly love the App
