When I call, I get a human. And that human is very helpful and polite. I said there may be an error in one of the dates in the coupon and that kind human fixed that error on the spot. I purchased the voucher with the correct date, got an extra day for study, and passed my CompTIA exam

I had to purchase another voucher because I arrived at the testing site without my ID. You won't be able to get a refund or a new code if you do that... FYI. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR WALLET WITH YOU!!

I had to buy another voucher but its all good. I was able to pass it. So make sure y'all study up and take a bunch of practice exams. You'll fly through most of the questions they give you.

P.S.- I also recommend looking to labs for the performance-based questions on the Network Exam.
