Very easy process and clear, accurate pricing.
A local mechanic was assigned to me within a couple of hours and communication was fantastic. He arranged to pick up spare parts as required and arrived as agreed.
The work was carried out on my driveway and completed promptly - all is now working great.

my car was undriveable
my car was undriveable and i was in the position of having to pay to get it towed to a garage and then repaired, i didnt want the extra cost or hassle. I therefore contacted Click Mechanic and the repair was done roadside, Nick arrived on time and did the job within an hour, no hassle and was a pleasant guy.

Wouldn't use again. Great experience first time. Rebook with same guy but he sends a mate. Whole point of this site is you know a mechanics qualifications ,experience, and reviews. No idea who the guy was but he was messy and left brake fluid dripping over my engine !

Patient and efficient
A different garage had failed to identify (and possibly even caused) a problem with my car. Being reluctant to let them have another go, I made an appointment via ClickMechanic instead. Charlie came out on Tuesday morning and efficiently located the problem. He returned the next day with the parts required to get the car back to working order. Highly recommended

Same day fix!
I discovered an issue with my screen fluid system the afternoon before a big road trip. Using this garage I was able to be seen within a couple of hours of discovering the problem and had it fixed a couple more hours after that. Great service.

AVOID !
AVOID !! AVOID !! Don’t believe these reviews.. this company are SHIT. I booked a diagnostic.. £70. Some joker called Hani, North West London based, turns up.. leaves after 20 minutes. Next morning £1,200 estimate. I accept and pay first installment of 3 through Klarna £400. Later that day Hani tells me he can’t do the job and to contact Click Mechanic for refund. What the hell is going on here ? So now Click Mechanic tell me I must claim from the “mechanic” and Hani tells me to claim from them! Why should I be left to pick up the pieces and waste my time when all I want is to have my car fixed? Do not trust this company or their so called “mechanics”… the whole thing STINKS… UPDATE… they will not return my £70 diagnostic even though the guy who did it now refuses to do what the diagnostic showed ! How will anyone know if this was correct until the work is done and he refuses to do it. If you’re stupid enough to use these jokers make certain they don’t send you Hani from NW London.. the man’s a charlatan! Further update… the reply below is exactly what I expected.. load of quasi sympathetic crap with no offer of resolution. I’m now resigned to losing my money and this shoddy outfit don’t give the proverbial… as I started with AVOID !!

• Mechanics on the platform are independent and manage their own work and warranties
• All mechanics are vetted for qualifications, experience, and insurance

Great service again
Robert, the mechanic, was friendly yet professional. His communication was brilliant.
Came on time and left my car as clean as it was when he collected it.
He undertook timing belt and water pump replacement. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes.
I also like the fact that there is a written trail of communication and photos taken of the work carried out.
This is the 3rd time I've used ClickMechanic with no issues whatsoever.
