Heidi with carbrain really eased the whole process with selling my car that no longer served its purpose for me. She walked me through step by step making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Took 2 business days to get my car so after finalizing our deal on Sunday they picked it up Tuesday. Easy online process with an immediate offer after answering a few questions about the vehicle. I was also contacted via email and text right away so I could have a point of contact at CarBrain. Olvin Mejia was my contact and he worked diligently with me to schedule a pickup and payment of my vehicle. Pickup was the next day with a 2 hour window. I was paid cash on the spot and the the vehicle was towed away at no cost to me. The whole process took 15 minutes. Great customer service and no hassles.

Olvin Mejia was very helpful during the process. I wasn’t home when the tow truck came for my car, but I had family home who were able to take care of it for me. I believe I received a fair rate considering it included pickup in comparison to other companies.10/10 would recommend

If you have a car that is only good for scrap, carbrain is your place. Can’t say they offered the highest amount, but they do work with you to ensure the process is smooth and as easy as possible.

I wouldn't have left the one star but because I needed to leave this review this place drug me along for probably 6 days they made an offer on my car I got my title notarized they wanted me to get their information put on the on the title thank God I did not do that because when I finally was able to get in contact with someone they said some lies and that they're going down on the offer so after dragging me along for so many days they substantially went down on my offer like when I tell you they offered me $3,005 which was not a lot by the time they got done with me they offered me $200 I wouldn't mess with these people it was a very fishy sketchy situation never again

Genuinely surprised how easy the whole process to sell my car was. I submitted a request and Olvin Mejia reached out to schedule a pickup the very next day. Olvin answered all my questions and kept in contact through the pickup. I just signed over the title and received immediate payment. Would definitely use again in the future.
