Rather than just type, send a link, or screenshot instructions, all of which are typical in my experience, Tracey recorded a quick video that showed me exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue. The video was far more effective, and I was able to fix my problem quickly and move on.

First of all, Bangert responded to our request in a timely manner. Kevin is so knowledgeable with the process of server migration for Sage 300 CRE. We appreciate that we feel assured that this transition was done correctly. We are very satisfied that our software is up and running within a few hours. He was patient with us as WE stumbled through assisting him with a connection for him to use remotely.
