What is IndiHome ?
IndiHome is a service that provides home internet, telephone, and interactive TV (MAXStream TV) with a wide selection of packages. Currently, the IndiHome network has spread throughout Indonesia and continues to innovate to meet the people need for a better internet.
What are IndiHome Add-ons ?
Add-ons are additional services available at IndiHome that can be activated by customers according to their needs.
How do I sign up to IndiHome ?
Visit tsel.id/nasional and follow each registration step. Once your registration is successfully confirmed, please wait max. 3x24 hours for installation.
Did IndiHome transfer to Telkomsel?
Yes. Starting from July 1, 2023, IndiHome has officially become a part of Telkomsel.
What are the advantages of IndiHome after being transferred to Telkomsel?
By integrating IndiHome which offers stable internet connection through optical fiber with Telkomsel’s wide broadband cellular network, it allows IndiHome and Telkomsel customers to get a smooth broadband connectivity and better digital experience inside and outside their home, without being limited to just one certain network technology. In the future, Telkomsel will also develop various product and service offers with more affordable prices and added values, that integrate all the advantages of IndiHome fixed broadband and Telkomsel mobile broadband services such as Orbit, Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid), and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid).
I’m an existing customer of IndiHome. Do I have to re-register to Telkomsel?
You don’t have to re-register, your IndiHome service will be registered in Telkomsel’s system.
Should I change my billing payment method and details such as bank account?
No, you don’t have to change anything after IndiHome transfers to Telkomsel.
Is there any change to IndiHome products and service rates?
No, there’s no change. You will be informed regularly if there’s a change or further product offers.
Will IndiHome billing be merged with Telkomsel billing?
Currently, IndiHome billing is not merged with Telkomsel Halo. We will inform you further if there’s a change in IndiHome and Telkomsel billing.
Can myIndiHome Poin still be used? Will myIndiHome Poin be converted into Telkomsel Poin?
myIndiHome Poin have changed to Telkomsel Poin since January 1, 2024. For more information, check here.
Can IndiHome HVC (High Value Customer) benefits be used in Telkomsel? Will IndiHome HVC be merged with Telkomsel HVC?
IndiHome HVC benefits can still be used according to the applied terms and conditions. Currently, IndiHome and Telkomsel HVC segments are not merged. If there's any change, we will inform you.
I’m both Telkomsel and IndiHome customers. Is there any bundling offer?
Now we have Telkomsel one packages as bundling offers that combine fixed broadband and mobile.
Will myIndiHome App be merged with MyTelkomsel App?
Currently, IndiHome services can be managed through MyTelkomsel App. You can log in to the MyTelkomsel App using your IndiHome number. Customers with more than 1 IndiHome account or other Telkomsel services, such as Orbit, PraBayar numbers, or Halo, can add all their accounts at once in MyTelkomsel App.
Will my landline be transferred to Telkomsel?
Landline is one of the IndiHome services that has been transferred to Telkomsel. But there’s no change of customer’s packages.
Will my landline number change?
Currently, there’s no change in landline numbers. We will inform you further if there’s a change.
Does Telkomsel GraPARI also serve IndiHome customers now?
Yes. Starting from July 1, 2023, all Telkomsel GraPARI outlets are ready to provide information and assistance for IndiHome customers.
Does Plasa Telkom still serve IndiHome customers?
Plasa Telkom has become GraPARI Telkomsel and can serve the needs of Telkomsel and IndiHome customers.
Does Plasa Telkom serve Telkomsel customers too now?
Plasa Telkom has become GraPARI Telkomsel and can serve the needs of Telkomsel and IndiHome customers.

How do I know if my IndiHome has transferred to Telkomsel or not?
You will receive information about IndiHome service transfer to Telkomsel via the contact you use during registration (email/WhatsApp/SMS), or you can contact one of our Contact Centers.
What should I do if I don’t want to transfer to Telkomsel?
Please let us know about the issues you’re facing via one of our Contact Centers. We will forward it to the relevant division and get it solved.
Why is there a change in my IndiHome billing?
Starting from August 1, 2023, the IndiHome billing changes to accommodate the IndiHome service transfer from Telkom to Telkomsel.
What has changed about the IndiHome billing?
Basically, IndiHome billing by Telkomsel consists of the same information that the previous billing had. The differences are the format, the inclusion of the customer’s ID number, usage period, billing date, and the issued payment receipt from the previous billing period (with an electronic stamp applied for payment worth more than Rp5 million).
Does IndiHome by Telkomsel billing apply as tax invoice?
IndiHome billing applies as a tax invoice with the billing/invoice number as the tax invoice number.
Why did I receive the billing in early July 2023 with the Telkom format?
The billing issued in early July 2023 refers to the usage between June 1 – 30, 2023 that was still issued by Telkom.
Why did I receive the billing in early August 2023 dated July 31, 2023?
For ease of period identification, IndiHome billing will be dated according to the last month of usage. For the usage period of July 1 – 31, 2023, the billing will be issued by Telkomsel in early August 2023 with a billing date of July 31, 2023.
Is there any change in the payment channel or outlet?
Starting from July 1, 2023, all payment channels/outlets can still be used as well as all Telkomsel GraPARI outlets.
