Microsoft Commercial CEO Judson Althoff says AI agents and Microsoft Copilot create massive managed services opportunities for partners, and partner CEOs agree. “Most of the commercial customer base out there is not going to be equipped to be able to handle managing these agentic processes, so [we’re looking at this] both from a build opportunity and a manage opportunity. It’s why I’m convinced that the opportunity for our partners has never been greater,” he told Wade Tyler Millward in an interview for CRN’s May cover story.
