REPT BATTERO Debuts Its First Overseas Manufacturing Base & Localized Solutions at ICEE 2026

Beijing, May 13, 2026 — The Indonesia International Coal and Energy Industry Expo (ICEE 2026) grandly took place at Jakarta International Expo Center from May 11 to 13. Adhering to the theme of Local for Local, Partner for Future, REPT BATTERO showcased its full-range battery solutions for commercial vehicles, energy storage and passenger vehicles. The brand unveiled its TKDN-localized product portfolio and tailored financial packages, while sealing a string of deals with Indonesian local clients and global industry partners, demonstrating its solid capacity and commitment to empowering Indonesia’s zero-carbon transition.

As a key highlight at the expo, REPT BATTERO introduced its Indonesia manufacturing base and rolled out customized solutions for local power and energy storage needs across three core scenarios. The company announced that TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) Local Content Certification and SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) Indonesian National Standard Certification are set to be released in June, paving the way for localized product supply to support Indonesia’s energy mix upgrade and green transition.

In product portfolio layout, REPT BATTERO covers commercial vehicles, energy storage and passenger vehicle sectors in one integrated lineup:

•  Commercial Vehicles: Products cover buses, heavy/mining trucks and construction machinery. C/G Pack and F Pack deliver fast charging, high vibration resistance and IP68 protection to adapt to mining and tropical harsh working conditions, while S Pack features high voltage and ultra-high energy density for lightweight design.
•  Energy Storage: The localized Powtrix® liquid-cooled energy storage system reaches 5.01MWh (expandable to 6.26MWh), matching industrial parks and mine diesel replacement scenarios. It also provides DC+AC integrated solutions, full-lifecycle services and a global battery recycling network to form a complete industrial closed loop.
• Passenger Vehicles: Core technologies including ultra-fast charging, 6C hybrid charging, solid-liquid hybrid battery and Wendding® Battery were displayed. Wendding® Battery supports 10%–80% charging within 7 minutes, wide temperature operation, 1,000km maximum range, high safety performance and over 4,000 cycle life.

Beyond products, REPT BATTERO launched exclusive financial support schemes for Indonesia. The Battery Bank financial leasing model effectively cuts customers’ initial investment costs. Combined with local production advantages—including lower logistics and tariff expenses—it enables clients to pursue green upgrading in a compliant and cost-effective manner.

The expo also witnessed intensive cooperation and signing activities. Under the witness of the Special Advisor to Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, REPT BATTERO signed key agreements with multiple parties. It entered an exclusive partnership with PT Kendaraan Listrik Indonesia (PT KLI) to support Indonesia’s transition to the 70% TKDN local content manufacturing standard, and jointly deliver eco-friendly mobility solutions.

A memorandum of understanding was inked with Xiamen C&D Inc. to co-establish a local financial leasing firm and launch Indonesia’s first Battery Bank platform, covering battery leasing, after-sales service and new energy logistics network construction.

REPT BATTERO also joined hands with SINOTRUK and Qiyuan Green Power to release joint achievements, showcasing electric commercial vehicles equipped with its batteries and the operation progress of battery swap stations and heavy-duty trucks in Indonesia’s nickel mines.

In addition, REPT BATTERO, together with local EV manufacturer VKTR and Steed Automotive, held a delivery ceremony for pure electric buses. The official operation of the battery-equipped bus fleet marks the large-scale application of locally made batteries in Indonesia’s public transport, setting a benchmark for urban zero-carbon mobility.
