AI is reshaping how companies interact with data. What once required dashboards or analysts could now happen in plain English, inside the tools many people already use. The challenge is shifting from access to trust, making sure answers reflect shared definitions, logic, and permissions. Omni is building for that shift with a semantic layer that keeps data consistent and governed across users and tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. We’re proud to deepen our partnership with

Enterprise systems hold critical context, but it’s often buried across documentation, metadata, and years of decisions. Whirl AI is working to turn that sprawl into structured intelligence that AI can reason over, helping IT teams move faster on discovery, automate more break-fix work, and focus on higher-impact change. We've known

The MedTech industry runs on a complex, constantly shifting map: physician networks, procedures, sites of care, and market dynamics. AcuityMD is building that map as a living intelligence layer, aligned to how teams actually sell and operate. Their recently launched AcuityAI platform brings that context directly into the field and works to deliver answers tailored to each rep and situation. We’re honored to continue our partnership as AcuityMD announces their Series C and expands across the product lifecycle. Read more

What matters to us most about AI is who’s building it, and how.

Top compensation levers companies are using to attract and retain high-performing Account Executives
Top operational levers companies are using to attract and retain high-performing Account Executives
Comp redesigns for AEs often focus on the wrong problem.
According to our survey of GTM leaders, the No. 1 compensation lever isn't base salary, SPIFFs, or variable ratios—it's accelerators for over-attainment, cited by 69% of respondents.
Separately, when asked what operational levers matter most for attracting top sales talent, GTM leaders ranked strong product-market fit first (ahead of territory design and pipeline support). An AE’s confidence in what they’re selling, and the company’s ability to lead in their market, surfaced as key drivers.
Top AEs tend to optimize for upside and momentum. The companies that retain them often make it easier to win and more rewarding to outperform.
