Meet Elizabeth Crumley, Enrollment Nurse at Virta Health. 🌟 After 20 years in nursing, Elizabeth says this is the happiest and most fulfilled she has ever felt in a role. When we asked what drew her to Virta, her answer came back to the culture: “I had a friend who works here who said I should check the job out, but then I read the values. I was immediately impressed and wanted to be a part of the culture those values embody.” And when we asked what makes her role exciting, she said: “I LOVE getting to talk to the applicants and get them excited for their Virta journey. I meet so many neat people! This is actually the happiest and most fulfilled that I have ever been in a role and I have been a nurse for 20 years. I love being a part of an organization that actually does SO much good for patients and that treats their employees so well. I actually feel valued here and that matters.” That last line says so much: “I actually feel valued here and that matters.” We’re grateful to have Elizabeth helping future Virta members take their first steps.
