Congratulations Venu. It has been my privilege to have worked closely with you during challenging times. You exemplify to me the finest points of leadership: calmness in a crisis, unwavering focus on TQC, total customer focus and great social commitment.
I booked the top variant of the TVS Apache RTX in January 3rd 2026. As per the information shared by your internal team, deliveries were scheduled to commence from 7th April and continue until 15th May.However, today is 6th May, and I still have not received any message, email,or proper update regarding the delivery status of my vehicle. I have already been waiting for the past 5 months. During this period, I visited the TVS showroom in Bangalore to Hassan around 5 to 6 times to track the delivery status by car. Each visit cost me approximately ₹4,000–₹5,000, and overall, I have spent nearly ₹30,000 solely for follow-ups related to my bike delivery. I never expected such poor coordination and lack of communication from a reputed company TVS. I am extremely disappointed with the repeated incorrect commitments from your team. Every time I contact customer care, I receive different information and false assurances regarding the delivery timeline. This lack of transparency and proper communication is causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. If my vehicle is not delivered within the next 2 to 3 days, I will be left with no option but to cancel my order and consider purchasing from other brands such as Triumph Ph No: 8762777125
This is the live example people can see tha shameless era of tvs company did they replied no did the resolved the issue no so if you are not for customer then why you showing all this bullshit when you dont have basic ethics shame on you #venusrinivasan you are not only to receive all this so called purchased award you are also responsible for what customers going through shame on you see the screenshot this is what i am getting reply from this worst TVS Motor Company after 15 month and 20 times visiting their worst service center
TVS Motor Company, #SudarshanVenu sir, what is the problem with this company? Why is there so little focus on resolving customer issues? Customers spend their hard-earned money with trust after working tirelessly in heat, rain, and difficult conditions. I spent around ₹1.15 lakhs on my TVS Jupiter, but from day one, I have faced recurring issues. In just 9 months, I officially visited the service center 5 times (many unofficially too). Three visits were followed up by your TM and VP team, yet the same issues continue. How is this fair to customers? Are repeated service center visits the only solution? Customers buy vehicles for convenience, not to become permanent visitors to service centers. Please focus on permanently resolving customer issues rather than only promoting social media content and celebrating business growth. Customer trust should come first. #TVS #tvsmotorcompany #sudarshanvenu #tvscustomer #SudarshanVenu #tvs #TVSMotorCompany. #RajkumarAmmaiappan
this is all shit of paper till the time you cant resolve issue of customer and resolving the issue that doesn't mean that you hard working spending time to block customers from social media waste people all and owner is also cheating with customers selling the bike in market even they don't have resolution of bike issues .
Heartiest congratulation to the legendary leader Mr Venu Srinivasan on the well-deserved life time award! Best wishes.
Heartiest congratulations
One of the worst service providers. My brother purchased a TVS Jupiter in July 2024, and from day one, it has had recurring issues. Already visited the service center 4 times, but the same problems continue. Continuously receiving reminder mails from the TM — feel ashamed to send such mails. Before sending reminders, first explain what actual fixes were done in the last 4 visits. Focus on resolving customer issues instead of social media posts. Very disappointing service. #sudarshanvenu #tvs #tvsmotocompany
